How long until activation?+
Your featured listing is activated as soon as your card payment goes through. We'll email you the receipt.
What if I have multiple items?+
If you have several items (e.g. 3 or more salons or courses), we'll be happy to offer you a custom discount. Just get in touch.
How do you measure traffic?+
In your professional dashboard, you can see booking-based stats – revenue, number of bookings, your most frequent clients and busiest days. Detailed tracking of profile views and contact actions is coming soon.
Can I set up recurring monthly payments?+
Not yet. You pay once for your chosen period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and the subscription doesn't renew automatically – a longer period means a bigger discount (up to 20%). Recurring monthly billing is coming soon.
