Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to book a professional to come to my home?+
Every professional in the listing has provided us with their trade license, and we've checked it formally – but we don't guarantee that the document is genuine, or the scope and duration of any insurance. On each profile you can see the professional's specialty, reviews and whether they've provided proof of professional insurance. Before the first visit, take your time to look through the profile and reviews, and never let anyone into your home whom you haven't checked out.
Who do I pay, and how?+
You pay the professional directly for the service, as agreed between you (in cash or by bank transfer). Enynka doesn't handle payments for mobile services – it's simply the place where you find and connect with a professional.
Do I pay a travel fee?+
Some professionals charge a travel fee. If they do, you'll see it right on their card and on their profile (e.g. “Travel fee: 150 CZK”). Always confirm the exact terms when you book.
What if the professional doesn't show up or cancels?+
You arrange the appointment and any cancellation directly with the professional providing the service – they're responsible for it. If you come across any improper conduct, let us know at info@enynka.cz so we can step in.
What should I prepare at home?+
It depends on the service – usually a quiet spot with good lighting and access to electricity or water is all you need. Your professional will be happy to tell you exactly what's needed in advance.
Are you a professional who visits clients at home?
Sign up for free, upload your trade license (insurance is optional) and get access to new clients in your area.
