Can I try Enynka for free?+
Yes. You can create a profile for free and use the basic features with no commitment – your client records have room for 25 clients and your profile for 1 photo. Online booking is included in every plan, even the free one. Paid plans add capacity and visibility: Pro gives you 100 clients and 5 photos, Premium unlimited clients and 30 photos, plus higher placement in the catalog and highlighting.
How long do registration and setup take?+
Signing up takes 2 minutes. Once you fill in the basics (name, address, contact, photos), your profile is online. Setting up online booking takes about 10 more minutes.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?+
Yes, anytime. Your subscription doesn't renew automatically – it's valid only for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months; the longer the period, the bigger the discount). When it expires, your account goes back to the Free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Payments are processed by Stripe (card). After a successful payment, you'll receive a PDF invoice by email with all legally required details. The operator of Enynka.cz is self-employed (OSVČ) and not a VAT payer – so the document is labeled “Invoice”, not “Tax document” (once turnover exceeds 2 million CZK a year, we'll register for VAT and switch to tax documents).
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (they can't be recovered from the hash), we host data in the EU, we're GDPR compliant and we use anti-bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). We also back up the database regularly.
What if I need help?+
Czech email support on weekdays (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00), usually with a reply within 2 business days. On the Premium plan, your questions are handled with priority. There's also an FAQ on the website. Video tutorials and live chat are coming gradually.
How does Enynka earn money? How can there be 0% commission on bookings?+
Enynka's main income is a fair monthly subscription paid by professionals (from 290 CZK/month) and optional Featured profile listings. Unlike the competition, we don't take a commission on bookings – when a client pays you at the salon, the entire amount is yours. No hidden fees, no surprises – you know in advance what you pay each month, and your revenue doesn't change it.
